Overview
The CEO Monthly Calls bring together CEOs and presidents of Minnesota community banks for regular conversations about the issues affecting your banks and the industry. These calls provide an opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss emerging challenges, and gain perspective from peers who understand the responsibilities of leading a community bank.
We welcome all bank member Presidents and CEOs to these calls. The hour long calls will be facilitated by Rich Jones, President & CEO of BankIn Minnesota, for the purpose of providing a platform for discussion. There will not be a presentation or formal agenda. Please bring your ideas, challenges, and best practices to discuss with your fellow community bankers.
