Compliance Support That Keeps Pace
The BankIn Minnesota Compliance Forum brings community bank compliance professionals together three times each year for timely regulatory updates, practical guidance, and discussion of the issues you’re navigating at your bank.
Led by Tory Haggerty of Tuscan Club Consulting, each session combines expert instruction with participant-driven conversation. Submit questions and topics in advance, bring them with you, or raise them as the discussion unfolds.
What to Expect
Each session balances timely regulatory developments with practical instruction and discussion shaped by the questions participants bring to the table.
Stay Current
Get perspective on regulatory developments and emerging compliance issues since the Forum last met.
Strengthen Your Practice
Go beyond regulatory updates with practical guidance you can apply to your bank’s compliance program.
Bring Your Questions
Submit questions and topics in advance, raise them during the session, and learn from the challenges and approaches of other community bank compliance professionals.
Three Sessions. One Ongoing Conversation.
The Compliance Forum meets three times throughout the year, giving you multiple opportunities to stay current, address new challenges as they arise, and continue the conversation with compliance professionals from community banks across Minnesota.
The first session is held virtually for all participants. The next two sessions are offered in Mankato, Bloomington, and Alexandria, with a virtual option available for the Bloomington session.

Who Should Attend
The Compliance Forum is designed for community bank professionals with responsibility for compliance, including those who interpret regulations, manage compliance programs, support audits and examinations, or advise colleagues on compliance-related questions.
It’s especially valuable for professionals who want an ongoing resource – not just a one-time update – and who benefit from comparing approaches with peers facing similar issues.
2026 Schedule
Investment
$989/year for the first participant, with additional participants from the same bank available for $689/year each.
Stay Connected Between Sessions
Compliance Forum participation extends beyond the three scheduled sessions. Members also have access to the private Compliance Forum community in the B Hive, creating another place to stay connected throughout the year.
Tory Haggerty participates in the community and shares ongoing compliance resources, including Tuscan Club Consulting’s monthly newsletter.
