Citizens Alliance Bank Location: Clara City, Minnesota Job Title: Internal Auditor Overview: The Internal Auditor position assists the Internal Audit Manager in conducting audits of bank departments to ensure that their work is in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each Essential Function and Skill satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Conduct audits for management to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations for various functions in the Bank. Prepare reports of findings and recommendations for management and the Internal Audit Manager. Organize and review documents under the direction of the Internal Audit Manager. May be required to gather statistical information and perform special reviews as requested by Management. Adherence to BSA/AML Laws, State and Federal Regulations, and compliance with Citizens Alliance Bank Policies and Procedures will be required in this position. This position may require installation of a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) app on an employee’s personal mobile device. The MFA apps are used to authenticate a user’s identity to the system for security purposes. This position requires a valid Driver’s License. Perform other duties as assigned and requested. This position requires physical presence in the Bank. Requirements: Education and Experience Required - High School diploma or GED. Required - Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge. Required - Three to Five years of banking or related experience. Preferred - Three to Five years of customer service experience. Preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
