Job Title: Loan Admin Supervisor
Overview: Position Summary:
The Loan Administration Supervisor will report to the Market Manager. This position will provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to Loan Administration Clerks along with providing administrative support as required to all Loan Officers and the Chief Credit Officer.
This position will share accountability with the Market Manager in overseeing all functional areas of Loan Administration Clerks and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. The Loan Administration Supervisor is responsible for coaching, counseling, and disciplining the Loan Administration staff as well as initiating, coordinating, the workflow, ensuring all Loan Administration staff adhere to all policies, and procedures.
This position requires strong analytical skills, organizational skills, the ability to work independently and professionally, develop processes and procedures, investigative skills to solve problems that may arise and to communicate well at all levels.
The Loan Administration Supervisor is expected to meet and/or exceed Citizens Alliance Bank’s customer service levels as well as the over-all goals of the organization.
Responsibilities: Essential Functions:

1. Supervise, mentor, and develop the Loan Administration staff to meet the needs and requirements of the Lending Department.
2. Serve as a resource for the Loan Administration personnel, answer all inquiries and research issues.
3. Maintain an excellent working knowledge of current banking, finance, and lending issues to ensure compliance with the laws, rules, and regulations governing financial institutions.
4.. Prepares Loan documentation as required by Loan Officers.
5. Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of regulatory requirements as they relate to safety and soundness, compliance, and the daily operations of the Lending Department.
6. Organize, compile, maintain and prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and documents for customers and management.
7. Maintain a determined level of personal production and actively pursues better, more efficient ways of performing the job duties of the Supervisor.
8. Organize, maintain, and train per the Bank’s policies and procedures for each type of loan files.
9. Encourage, model, and contribute at a high level in a team-oriented and collaborative environment to improve the reporting, documentation processes and customer service.
10. Verify account balances, give out account information to customers, print copies of items and/or statements from customer accounts.
11. Maintain loan accounts on Banks software, collect loan files and documentation for audit and review purposes.
12. Ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
13. Physical presence in the bank is required.
14. This position requires a valid Driver's License.
15. This position may require installation of a Multi-Factor Authentication {MFA) app on an employee's personal mobile device. The MFA apps are used to authenticate a user's identity to the system for security purposes.
16. Adhere to and comply with all applicable, federal, and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to AML, as well as adhere to the Bank's policies and procedures.
17. Travel for trade and industry schools and seminars.
18. Perform other duties as assigned and requested.
Requirements: Required - High School diploma or GED.
Required - Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge.
Required - Three to Five years of Supervisory experience.
Preferred - Three to Five years of banking experience.
Preferred – Five to Ten years of administrative experience and or customer service experience.
Preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Suites.
