Loan Portfolio Officer
Overview:
Citizens Alliance Bank is seeking a Loan Portfolio Officer. The purpose of the Loan Portfolio Officer is to act as the technical expert on Citizens Alliance Bank’s loan portfolios. This position is an integral part of the lending team that will assist underwriting, credit monitoring and assisting with managing the Bank’s various loan portfolios.
Responsibilities:
1. This position will be responsible for on-going portfolio maintenance activities.
2. Manage a portfolio of complex credits.
3. Assist with loan analysis, loan structure and terms, collateral management, credit administration, and title work.
4. Experience in lending software platforms.
5. Work with Loan Officers to assist with client relationships.
