Training Lead

Overview:
Position Summary The Training Lead will be responsible for working with multiple departments in assisting with the development and implementation of a formal training and education program, a management module, including updating and revising existing policies, procedures, and resource guides to ensure the full use of the available technology and automation to improve the productivity and efficiency of all personnel. The level of this position is based on years of service, education and/or equivalent experience, knowledge level and skill set.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. 1.  Assist and support in the development and implementation of both training and education curriculum for new employees. 2.  This position will assist with refresher training for existing employees to ensure their knowledge and proficiency as they prepare to serve our customers. 3.  The Training Lead will assist and support the design and development of training reference materials and the scheduling and execution of the new and existing employee training curriculum. 4. Assist and support in the development, documentation, and implementation of standardized processes and procedures for organizational wide for accuracy and consistency purposes. 5.  Assist and support in the training and education assistance and support to ensure employees are properly trained in core system features and functionality. 6. Assist and support in the development of critical operations-wide policies, procedures, and resource materials for employee reference and use, including training and development support and backup. 7. This position includes assisting and supporting in the design and development of format and content of materials and supporting documentation. 8.  The Training Lead will function as liaison between multiple functional areas by periodically shadowing, reviewing, and observing employee use of workflow management tools and procedures to ensure accuracy. 9.  Generate and compile reports as assigned and requested. 10.  Excellent organizer who knows how to prioritize and execute tasks in accordance   with timelines. 11. Cultivates strong relationships with branch personnel and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality service, on-going communication needs and operational consistency. 12.  Stay up to date on all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to job duties and responsibilities and work with branch personnel to ensure compliance. 13.  All employees are expected to exemplify and follow our core values. 14.  Regular attendance and punctuality when reporting to work. 15.  Travel for trade and industry schools and seminars as needed. 16.  This position may require installation of a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) app on an employee’s personal mobile device. THE MFA apps are used to authenticate a user’s identity to the system for security purposes. 17.  Adhere to and comply with all applicable, federal, and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to BSA/AML, as well as adhere to the Bank’s policies and procedures. 18.  Perform other duties as assigned and requested.   Core Values  Humility - We are “blue-collar bankers”. Required – Three to five years of Banking, or equivalent experience. Required – Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge and expertise.
