Overview:
Citizens Alliance Bank is currently looking for a Loan Admin Clerk in our Clara City branch location. This position would work directly with our Lending team to prepare loan documents.

Responsibilities:
The Loan Administration Clerk will assist with preparing loan documents for closing of consumer, commercial, and real estate loan products to ensure full compliance and quality of loan documentation for funding. This position will assist with resolving loan documentation issues with lending team, The Loan Administration Clerk will collaborate on problem solving and process improvements efforts to maintain and continuously improve loan operations policy, procedure, and performance. This position will receive calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns, they will handle daily transactions and questions in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. Requirements:
Required - High School diploma or GED. Required - Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge. Preferred – One to three years of banking experience. Preferred - Administrative experience and or customer service experience. Preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Suites.
