The LEAD Conference
will be September 15-16 in Waite Park, MN at The Park Event Center. We anticipate over 100 attendees at this future leader event. Attendees will include bank employees from nearly every area of the bank - tellers, loan officers, human resources, IT, marketing professionals, and more!
The ICBM LEAD Committee has requested proposals for speaking at the 2021 LEAD Conference. We encourage all associate members to submit proposals. We are requesting submissions for 45-minute breakout sessions on the topics listed below.

- Payments/Faster Payments
- Fintech Overview
- HR – Remote Work
- Customer Service –
- PPP – Business Support, Building new relationships
- New Normal, keeping relationships virtually/online

- Technology Post COVID
- New Revenue Streams – Noninterest revenue
- Operational Management Topics
These are suggested topics based on feedback from the LEAD Committee. Other proposed topics will be considered.
The ICBM LEAD Committee is responsible for selecting all programs presented. Each proposal will be reviewed, and you will be notified via email if your proposal is selected. If you have questions, please contact Patti Coles
