Job Title: Loan Servicing Specialist

Citizens Alliance Bank is hiring a Loan Servicing Specialist. The Loan Servicing Specialist will order all necessary documents and follow up with Loan Officers and/or Bank Services Assistants to obtain required items in a timely manner, review loan data in the loan origination system to ensure accurate, complete, and timely information has been entered and work to sure loan deficiencies as needed from pre/post funding audits and post-closing.
Responsibilities: Citizens Alliance Bank is hiring a Loan Servicing Specialist. The Loan Servicing Specialist will order all necessary documents and follow up with Loan Officers and/or Bank Services Assistants to obtain required items in a timely manner, review loan data in the loan origination system to ensure accurate, complete, and timely information has been entered and work to sure loan deficiencies as needed from pre/post funding audits and post-closing.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
Process new loans and renewals received from loan officers.
Review applications and loan documents for completeness and accuracy ensuring compliance with Citizens Alliance Bank policies and state and federal regulatory requirements.
Manage imaging and indexing of loan documents from internal departments, third party vendors or external business partners such as title companies, brokers, and loan customers.
Review, maintain, and process loan files and related accounts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance standards.
Includes monitoring of department reports, document status information through workflow, prepare disclosures and closing packages or Adverse Action Notices as needed.
Maintain timely, weekly, and monthly loan reports as required by managers and supervisors.
Balance general ledger accounts relating to loans, escrow, and Visa
