As our Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for the Village Bank culture, the Villager experience, the adoption of Village Values and the overall talent management program. The talent management program includes recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, reward and retention, succession planning and mentoring along with workforce planning. This role will build an internal pipeline of talent to operationalize our mission of being an Entrepreneur’s Bank. Additionally, this role is an HR Business Partner to the Bank, working alongside leaders and mangers at all levels. As a partner, this role provides coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on supervising Villagers, goal setting, professional development and creating clear expectations and holding Villagers accountable to those expectations and goals. This role ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety and other laws, regulations and requirements and must maintain knowledge of such laws, regulations and best practices in employment law, human resources and talent management.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and 10+ years of experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills with the ability to set a vision and lead the team to deliver and be a team player who likes to work hard and have fun!
