Citizens Alliance Bank Location: Clara City, MN 56222 Job Title: Core Application Specialist Overview: The Internal Auditor position assists the Internal Audit Manager in conducting audits of bank departments to ensure that their work is in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. Citizens Alliance Bank is hiring a Core Application Specialist. The Core Application Specialist will assist in supporting the CSI core and ancillary banking systems as directed by the Core Application Supervisor. This position will learn several vendor software applications to assist with core and ancillary software support, including responding to ticket requests, emails, and calls from employees concerning customer accounts, products, and services. The Core Application Specialist must be able to identify problems, research issues and respond to all inquiries with final resolutions in a timely manner. Conduct audits for management to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations for various functions in the Bank. Prepare reports of findings and recommendations for management and the Internal Audit Manager. Organize and review documents under the direction of the Internal Audit Manager. May be required to gather statistical information and perform special reviews as requested by Management. Adherence to BSA/AML Laws, State and Federal Regulations, and compliance with Citizens Alliance Bank Policies and Procedures will be required in this position. This position may require installation of a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) app on an employee’s personal mobile device. The MFA apps are used to authenticate a user’s identity to the system for security purposes. This position requires a valid Driver’s License. Perform other duties as assigned and requested. This position requires physical presence in the Bank. Requirements: Required – High School diploma or GED minimum; Associates degree in related discipline preferred. Required – Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge. Preferred – Three to Five years of Banking Experience or equivalent experience. Preferred – One to Three years’ experience with Bank’s core system. Preferred – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
