EntreBank Location: Bloomington, MN Job Title: Deposit Operations Specialist or Manager Overview: Our bank is new and exciting! The team of individuals who have been hired so far are very experienced in banking and specifically their area of expertise. We plan to have fun and grow and treat our customers right. Through Collaboration and Cooperation, we will work together, and learn from each other, and share in our colleagues growth and development as well. Our location will be in Bloomington just west of the Mall of America near the intersection of highways 494 and 77. Our temporary space is in the same location that our new space will be this fall. Responsibilities: As a Deposit Operations Specialist (or Manager depending upon experience level), with a start-up bank, you will get to use your knowledge and skills in helping us establish the best deposit operations department ever! Your duties will be varied, and certainly they will evolve and take shape for quite a while after we open our doors! The opening day was March 21st. The duties you will be responsible for as our Deposit Operations Specialist are many. To name few, there would be daily reconciliations, correcting non-post items, check returns, processing wire transfers and ACH. Your experience in deposit operations likely has included many other duties, and this position will, also. We have a state-of-the-art core processing system and need an experienced and action-oriented individual who gets excited about challenges and has the confidence and skills to assist with developing procedures. Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to back-up the front line if needed and will have the opportunity to learn and grow in other areas of bank, too. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience • Extensive knowledge of deposit operations • Extensive knowledge of related banking rules and regulations Experience working with Microsoft Office platform Ability to learn software systems as needed.
