Citizens Alliance Bank Location: Clara City, MN Job Title: Credit Analyst Supervisor Overview: Citizens Alliance Bank is currently looking for a Credit Analyst Supervisor in our Clara City branch location. This position would work directly with our Credit Analysis team. Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Chief Credit Officer the Credit Analyst Supervisor will be responsible for the leadership and support of all Credit Analysts. By giving clear and timely instructions, the supervisor oversees the work of other employees to ensure the successful completion of tasks. The Credit Analyst Supervisor is expected to possess acute problem-solving skills and motivates staff results by communicating job expectations, meticulous planning, monitoring, and appraising. This role will be responsible for coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees as well as initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. The supervisor must maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, understanding the inevitable variables, and facilitating corrections. Credit Analyst Supervisor will direct and coordinate workflow and analysis for credit team. This position will maintain high credit quality throughout Citizens Alliance Bank by coaching, developing, and managing performance of staff to ensure consistent credit culture. The supervisor will assist with meeting loan growth and quality by ensuring lending policy and procedures are properly adhered to. Develop and maintain knowledge of loan related regulatory and internal procedural compliance issues. Perform all job responsibilities according to compliance requirements. Requirements: Required - Four year degree from an accredited College or University Required - Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge. Preferred – Three to five years of banking experience. Preferred - Three to five years of Financial or Credit Analyst experience. Preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Suites.
