Executive Admin Assistant

Overview:
Citizens Alliance Bank is currently looking for an Executive Admin Assistant in our Clara City branch location. This position would work directly with our Bank President.

Responsibilities:
Under the direction of Citizens Alliance Bank President, the Executive Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, organize meetings, welcome visitors, accept phone calls, take messages, and often take care of travel arrangements. This position will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide information and service for a wide range of complex, confidential, and intricate job functions. The Executive Administrative Assistant will serve as a link between the Bank President and the rest of the staff, contributing to better organization and planning, and help leaders be more effective in their roles. This position will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Requirements:
Required - High School diploma or GED. Required - Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge. Required - Three to Five years of executive assistant experience. Preferred – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferred – Advance Proficiency in Microsoft Suites.
