Teller/Customer Service Specialist
The right candidate for our Team will help promote the Bank’s goals by offering a full range of banking services to customers with an emphasis on building lasting relationships and providing quality customer service. They will support the Bank’s core values of Respect, Integrity and Passion which will assist in leading the Bank toward the specified and desired direction of high performance.
• Full Time Hours: 38 - 40 hours per week; specific daily hours will vary including up to two Saturdays a month.
• Part Time Hours: 20-25 hours per week including 2-3 Saturdays per month
Duties: Process customer transactions in a personal and professional manner that ensures the highest level of quality and customer service. Responsible for balancing each day’s transactions and verifying cash totals. Possess the ability to open all types of consumer and business accounts. Cross-sell and refer a full range of banking services. Assist with bookkeeping duties and other duties as assigned.
6 months minimum cash handling experience preferred.
