Customer Service Rep\Teller
Farmers State Bank of Hamel is a community bank that has been in the same family since 1919. We have two locations, one in Hamel, one in Corcoran. We take pride in providing quality products and outstanding customer service.
We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative (Teller) to join the team at our Corcoran location. This position is 38-40 hours per week and alternating Saturdays (8:15 am to Noon) and does qualify for benefits.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Traditional Customer Service\Teller duties
Effectively responding to customer inquiries regarding account status, problem solving, products or services
Cross selling of bank products and services
Manage teller cash in accordance to bank policy, procedures and standards
Process night drop transactions
Knowledge of new accounts and account maintenances with a good understanding of bank regulations
Knowledge and experience of IRA's is a benefit
High school diploma or equivalent
Two-year minimum Customer Service\Sales experience
Previous banking experience is required
Candidate should possess strong customer service skills along with good organizational talents, attention to detail and flexibility. Candidate must be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative. High priority will be given to positive attitude with relationship building skills.
