Job Title:
Customer Service Representative

Overview:
CSRs assist customers with a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account inquiries, and product support. Teller experience or cash handling preferred but will train the right person! Experience with opening new accounts, IRAs, and trust accounts a plus. Our employee owned bank has a strong history of promoting from within for future opportunities. Responsibilities:
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including lobby, mail and night drop items, and phone transactions. * Sell money orders, cashier checks and prepaid cards. * First point of contact to resolve any problems. * Understanding our bank products and services * Support customers with maintenance questions on their accounts. * Understand and comply with all related laws and compliance regulations * Backup to answer phones when needed with a polite and warm phone voice * Participate in product knowledge training and campaigns

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Prefer Associates degree in accounting, business, or related field and one to two years of banking, administrative, or clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
