The test takes 7-minutes to complete and has a report that you’ll receive prior to the conference.

During the kick-off session, you’ll learn how to interpret your results and dive deeper into leveraging your unique strengths and manage development areas.

Session II: Communication & Conflict

Managing Conflict

During session #2, you’ll dive deep into communication, including best practices for both giving and getting feedback from your team. You’ll unpack the neuroscience behind conflict and learn tools to better manage conflict and productive discourse with your peers, reports, supervisors, and beyond.

Session III: Leading Across Generations

Topics:

Workforce Implications
Strategies for Bridging the Gap

There are five generations active in the workforce today. Given the unique perspectives, interests, and values of each generational group, collaborating and leading multigenerational teams can present unique challenges.
