She has experience in organization development and working with leaders to determine the most effective employment model to meet business needs and strategic direction. She has over 20 years of Human Resources experience in the industries of hospitality, retail, multifamily housing, and consulting. She has worked in a variety of organizations in size ranging from less than 20 to over 300,000 employees.
