Presenter: Dean Schumann as over 20 years of experience providing technology services and consulting in the financial industry. He began his consulting career in 1996 with RSM (fka McGladrey), one of the largest tax, accounting and consulting firms in the US. He was responsible for RSM’s national practice focused on system selection and strategic technical planning for both community banks and natural member credit unions. Prior to that time, he was with Unisys in several sales, sales management and product management roles. Additionally, he has worked for companies that developed and marketed products and services to the financial services industry.
Mr. Schumann, who founded Frederick Martin Advisors in 2011,has extensive experience and knowledge of the major vendors that provide products and services to the financial industry including core processing companies such as Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, Finastra, CSI and others. He has also worked with numerous ancillary software vendors serving the financial market for Internet banking, deposit and loan origination platforms, document imaging and item imaging.
