This presentation focuses on the basics of loan documentation and practical information that can be applied in day-to-day situations. This includes an overview of loan documentation, discussion of who signs what documents for loan purposes, how to handle a troubled loan audit, and special issues involving UCCs and purchase money security interest loans.

Dean Zimmerli:
