2021 Compliance Forum  | Presented in partnership with 

Compliance and compliance officer support are two of the most significant issues facing our bank members today. This forum was developed to help ICBM members stay on top of regulations and best practices.

ICBM Compliance Forum groups are kept small to allow for individualized attention. Members help establish priorities and topics. A day-long format divides the time between topical presentations, small group discussions, and networking with other compliance professionals.

**Any forum network hosted at ICBM headquarters can be attended virtually via Zoom.  

Investment: 
Bank Members: $695 per year for first attendee, $300 per person for additional attendees from same bank.
NonMembers: $1,390 per year for first attendee, $600 per person for additional attendees from same bank. 

About the Facilitator:
Tory Haggerty started his compliance career as an FDIC examiner in the Sioux Falls, SD Field Office. He was commissioned as an examiner in 2012 and spent 6 years at the FDIC participating on nearly 100 regulatory exams. He worked as a senior compliance officer and senior auditor for regional and national banks before his passion for auditing and training led him to start Tuscan Club Consulting in 2017. TCC offers regulatory compliance reviews, training, and consulting services to banks in the upper Midwest and has partnered with more than 30 financial institutions. Tory received his Bachelor Degree in Communication Studies from South Dakota State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota. Tory is also a retired officer of the South Dakota Air National Guard with 20 years of military service. He resides in Sioux Falls with his wife and two children. Tory has earned the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Certified BSA/AML Professional, and Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer designations. He is also the author and lead instructor of Tuscan Club University’s Fair Lending School.
